She found us through our work with a nonprofit and asked for one thing: a film to keep. We built it around testimonials — family and friends speaking to her on her 90th birthday — and let the party happen around them.
The color follows her reference: warm, soft and vintage, closer to a home movie than a commercial. Shot on Sony A7S III in 4K 24p, wide open, with the Sony 24-70mm GM, a Sigma 35mm F1.4 Art for the interviews and a vintage Helios 44-2 for the closest moments.
